PAS today said the recall action agreement, permanent resident status (PR) resort owners in Kota Tinggi, Johor, allowing Buddhist religious practices carried out in his mosque, but the mosque prevented from being demolished.
PAS vice-president Datuk Mahfuz Omar (picture) said if the resort owners breached the regulations for PR assigned to the Headquarters and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) the right to withdraw the PR status.
"It is the right to withdraw PR ministry of any party ... if he does something contrary to the laws of our country, it is appropriate," said Mahfuz during a news conference at the PAS headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
"But I do not agree the demolished mosque, enough toward us fix a direction," he said.
Tree Sena MPs, however, stressed that the conduct of Buddhist religious ceremony in the mosque should not be blamed because they have consent from the owner of the resort.
"The law of the owner of the resort, the truth of it ... why did he let in prayer, while the many halls of the resort which can be used," he told reporters.

Duration 63 seconds video entitled "Chinese Buddhist prayer house; prayer so temple" uploaded by "Sebastianphiu" and viewed over 10,000 times.
The location of the mosque was also mentioned in the video of the Big Sedili, Kota Tinggi, Johor.
The resort manager defended its decision to grant permission to use the Buddhist prayer.
He said the mosque was used only to meditate and do not consider it as an offense.
